This one-hour webinar will provide essential information on the Social Work and Counseling Compacts, clarifying common myths, explaining key legal and ethical considerations, and guiding professionals on how to prepare their practice for interstate licensing. The presenter will use a combination of lecture, case examples, and Q&A to support learning and enhance participant engagement.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
• Explain the purpose and scope of the Social Work & Counseling Compacts.
• Identify common misconceptions regarding interstate licensure.
• Understand key legal and ethical considerations related to multi-state practice.
• Develop a plan for preparing their practice for compact participation.
