I am here to listen, provide professional feedback and give you the space you need to express what is going on in your life. Let’s go at your pace and pursue your goals together. I believe in a holistic, body-inclusive approach and can provide EMDR therapy. I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified and have clinical experience working with new parents and persons struggling with addiction. All walks of life are welcome with acceptance.

I want to help you accept yourself as you are: be messy, complicated and afraid, and show up anyway. Come as you are: a perfectly imperfect soul moving through life’s most painful and joyous moments and growing into our highest selves. My goal is to help you to find the space that feels most comfortable no matter what you have been through.
