I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, trauma-informed care and pull from interpersonal neurobiology and somatic modalities. I believe in integrating the mind, body, heart and soul. I also see cultural context and intersectional identities as key in understanding folks and developing therapeutic goals that fit their lives and lived experiences.
I work with individuals ages 15 and up. I see folks for long-term and brief therapy and anything in between. I am also an experienced career advisor and enjoy helping people connect their goals with their core values to map out career paths or transitions.
I see folks in-person at my downtown Durango office. I also see folks throughout Colorado via Telehealth. For some people, the privacy of being in an office or online feels right. For others, being outdoors or moving during appointments is a better fit. I am happy to work with you to figure out what’s right for you.
One of my passions is supporting survivors of outdoor trauma, such as avalanches and wilderness accidents. I work with survivors to understand trauma, maintain community and integrate these life changing experiences.
