At Nourishment Mental Health I enjoy being a catalyst for change and healing. I strive to provide supportive, nurturing, and genuine care to all my clients. It comes from a place of truly wanting people to heal and grow. There’s nothing more exciting than witnessing somebody exercise their inner courage. My goal is to be able to provide you with a safe space, a trusting therapeutic relationship, and a respectful environment for you to be able to thrive in.
Nourishment Mental Health offers mental health services to teens (14+), adults (18+), and couples throughout the Sacramento Area. Additional services include Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Psychedelic Integration. Services can be provided to all California residents via telehealth. In person therapy is offered in Sacramento, Ca.
