I’m Karena, a counselor in training with a focus on whole-body wellness. After graduating with a degree in Psychology and Nutrition, I’m now completing my Graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My philosophy is centered on treating the mind, body, and soul as a whole for long-lasting healing. My holistic approach is to address your individual mental health concerns, discuss your diet and exercise, learn your strengths, and together we will come up with a treatment plan that will benefit you in every area of your life that can lead to long-lasting results. My main specialties are Conflict Resolution, Stress Management, Eating Disorders, PTSD/Trauma, OCD, Anxiety, and Depression, but I’m here to help with so much more.
