My name is Catherine Moore, I work with people like you, who are experiencing life changes, need someone to talk to, need stronger coping skills, and need to press pause sometimes. I approach therapy by getting to know who you are now, where your thoughts and behaviors come from, exploring how the different factors in your life impact you, and teaching you coping skills to move forward.
