Aaliyah Holiday

Bio

Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a warm, empathetic, and culturally responsive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nine years of experience, I specialize in helping adults work through anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, stress, and burnout.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I collaborate with my clients to develop personalized strategies that foster growth, healing, and resilience. My practice is rooted in cultural humility, recognizing the impact of identity, faith, and lived experiences on mental health. While I welcome all clients, I have a particular passion for supporting Black women and men and those seeking Christian counseling.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP), equipping me with specialized training to address trauma, loss, and substance-related concerns.

As a first-generation college graduate, I understand the power of resilience and the courage it takes to break generational cycles. My approach integrates holistic wellness, ensuring that we address not just mental health but the social and emotional factors influencing your well-being.

I'd be honored to support you if you're ready to take the next step in your healing journey. Let’s work together to create the life you deserve.
