Trauma leaves us feeling lost, hopeless and broken. You’re someone who deeply desires to feel safe and connected with yourself and others but still find yourself reliving the events, feeling out of control of emotions and reactions and experiencing shame that you can’t “get it together.” You have an idea of how you want to show up in your relationships and life but don't know how to get there. But you’re ready to make a change and no longer let trauma have the power. You’re ready to feel more grounded and safe and therefore have the relationships, job, and connections you ultimately desire. I want to help you get there.
