I enjoy working with Adults and Teens who are experiencing Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, Phobias, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar, Abandonment Issues, Relationship Concerns, Boundaries, and Trauma as well as many other hindrances.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help change mal-adaptive thoughts, EMDR, Strength-based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. Taking the first step to a better you can be intimidating. I will walk with you while reaching your best potential and moving towards becoming the best version of yourself.
