Carlos Ayala, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including structured outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and the jail setting. I graduated from Baylor University and have extensive experience treating childhood trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and grief. I have a broad range of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

My approach uses a blend of many therapeutic modalities including, EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness and relaxation. My aim is to provide a therapy style that fits your needs, and make sure you get the most out of our time together.
