The models I utilize are Internal Family Systems, CBT and EFT for couples. My goal is to provide a safe environment for change where we can combine my curiosity, compassion, and training, with your wisdom, resilience, and life experience. At this point, I am offering virtual sessions in California and Washington, with a plan to offer in-person sessions in the Whatcom County area.
