When it comes to therapy, there is no ‘right’ way to do it. Everyone has their own individual challenges, strengths, and needs. That means that the most important tool I have is my relationship with those I strive to help. I will work with you to identify ways we can collaborate to meet your goals together. After college, it was my goal to work in a variety of settings. This included in home care as well as Intensive outpatient. I currently specialize in trauma and couples counseling. My priority is to make clients feel safe and comfortable and use a client centered approach, by working with whatever methods are most fitting
