Dr. Corine Williams works with adults on a number of different specialty areas including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life adjustments, trauma, goal planning, life transitions, relationships, stress management, and medical stress. Dr. Williams believes in a collaborative relationship with her patients. This means she partners with you to help you understand your current life situation, your emotions, and feelings. She will help you learn the skills needed to work toward living the life you envisioned for yourself.
Dr. Williams completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at Saint Louis University, her internship at Virginia Treatment Center for Children, and post-doctoral training at Center for Child and Family Traumatic Stress (formerly Kennedy Krieger Institute Family Center).
She has a special research interest in trauma and also one on the effect of spirituality and religion on an individual’s functioning. In her spare time she enjoys writing and gardening.
