I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Financial Social Worker. I enjoy working with adults of all ages (including older adults), the LGBTQIA+ population, those with disabilities or who are neurodiverse, and those who are in diverse relationships.
Whether through Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Financial Social Work, I believe that patients are the experts on themselves and their own lives and lived experiences. My goal is to act as a guide, to help you navigate around and through problems and barriers, and help you explore all of your options, not tell you what you ought or ought not to do. My belief is that my office (virtual or in person) is a place to be heard, with no agenda but yours.
You can expect to take away a feeling of relief, the knowledge that you are accepted and respected exactly as you are, and the confidence that you will be able to manage your problems or barriers, no matter what comes your way.
