I work from a strength-based, family systems approach specializing in Solution-Oriented, Emotionally Focused, and Narrative Therapies. My clinical framework addresses the individual's, couple's, and family's stage of life, in addition to helping them explore, appreciate, and grow from their unique life story. My approach to working with clients is warm and collaborative, and implements relationship coaching techniques that enhance couples' communication, strengthen bonds between parents and children, and improve one's approach to health and well-being.
