We work with adults who are weighed down by imposter syndrome or the lasting effects of trauma. Many of my clients feel stuck, unsure how to move forward, or believe they don’t truly belong or deserve their current life. Using client-centered, solution-focused, CBT, and EMDR techniques, I guide them toward reclaiming their sense of self and to appreciate themselves. By the end of our work together, clients confidently set and enforce boundaries that align with their values, helping them to feel grounded and empowered to chart a course toward the life they deserve.
