I am a master’s level therapist who is independently licensed in Ohio (LPCC). I have 12 years of counseling experience in many different facets of behavioral health. I tailor your treatment plans to your current needs. Utilization of tele-therapy sessions with frequency discussed throughout the process: weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options available. I understands that this process can be difficult and wants to make things as easy and comfortable for the client as possible.
I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I have also worked with first responders, veterans, and correctional workers. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Clinical Trauma Counseling.
