Our work together combines mindfulness with somatic and energetic healing, while teaching you to connect to your intuition. As clients gain awareness of their nervous system and begin to regulate the internal chaos, they feel more in control of their emotional reactions. Challenges become more manageable, and the body feels less tension.
What sets me apart is the energetic and spiritual depth involved in our sessions, and the in-the-moment training you get to grow your intuitive guidance system. Embodiment of the values, beliefs and life you desire is the goal. We practice skills in session and you get activities to work on at home that further your progress.
One my specialties is therapeutic angel reiki. This allows you the opportunity to not only receive energy healing in session but also connect with your Angels, spirit team and loved ones to receive any loving, positive messages meant for you. This session involves identifying areas in need of attention and releasing energetic blockages.
