I use my experience and skills to help individuals struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or substance abuse issues find new coping skills in order improve the quality of their lives. My approach combines elements of short-term behavioral therapies (DBT and CBT) with psychodynamic techniques to address problematic behaviors to achieve lasting change. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I am here to hold space for your journey and support your healing process. The vision is to work toward healing and stepping into your authentic self. Some of you may have given up or could just be feeling disconnected and that can be a hard place to be. I believe that healing is possible, and while I don't believe in quick fixes, I do like to dive right in.
