Many clients come to me with reoccurring challenges due to chronic pain or illness, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting struggles, career hurdles, and more. We will focus on positive change without falling trap to toxic positivity that can lead us feeling more isolated and alone. I will always be transparent with you and encourage you to do the same.

By focusing on the mind and the body through somatic and cognitive interventions, we will address what is holding you back and how to move forward toward your goals.
