My clients come to therapy due to issues with their relationships with others. I help clients to improve their communication skills, boundaries, and self-care in order to improve their relationships. I assist them in focusing on the strengths of their relationship and enhancing their rituals of connection.
I also enjoy helping clients struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and depression to understand themselves better, create systems to ease symptoms, and to communicate their needs to others.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy utilizing strength and evidence-based therapies such as Bibliotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, Mindfulness, Psycho-education, Solution Focused Therapy, as well as Supportive Therapy.
