Utilizing the subtle yet paradigm-shifting NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) to help clients build insight, develop self-compassion, embrace greater peace, joy, and an overall general sense of well-being. It has been and will continue to be an honor for me to be able to support those that are committed to managing and addressing any difficulties, distress, or struggles with those I work with.
“Therapy with with me involves identifying the interrelated patterns that exist between thoughts, beliefs, emotions, behaviors, responses, and sensations. As we tease these links apart, usually there is the emergence of a new way of being, relating, & connecting with ourselves and others. Often there is greater ease, peace, freedom, and inner-quiet”
I view therapy as a very personal undertaking: to discover how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, bodily sensations, reactions, & the senses sometimes are working to maintain distress. Using an inquiry-based, depth psychology I collaborate with clients in a strong working alliance to disentangle the elements that are complicit in driving stress / distress. If you are struggling with symptoms that are consistent with chronic stress, anxiety (worry), depression (or a sense of apathy), or have experienced relational / developmental trauma, been a victim of (covert / overt) narcissism, I would invite you to reach out to me such that we can discuss if you feel as if though I may be of service to help in your growth & journey.
