The real life strategies that I have to offer you will come from a combination of years of experience as well as from your individual situation. I always find it best to work together with clients to find solutions and to identify options. I believe a strength based approach to be helpful in realizing the warrior you already are, to build on those strengths that maybe you forgot were there. I have had lots of success in helping clients to find healthier ways to cope with depression, anxiety, managing stress and improve communication and self care. I encourage clients to consider seeing situations through different perspectives so they can figure out where true, long lasting change can come from. I have been trained in EMDR, a treatment modality that can help people feeling stuck in past or recent traumas of all kind. I also have a passion for helping individuals navigate healthier relationships with clear and manageable boundaries.
