I offer short-term and long-term individual therapy that focuses on skills-teaching to improve symptoms and build a lasting coping style. I use a strengths-based approach and believe a person’s unique qualities, cultural beliefs and practices, and healthy coping abilities are highly valuable and foundational to the therapy. With a degree in nursing, I help people connect the healing between their mental and physical health.
