I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience supporting clients facing addiction and mental health challenges. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly express their emotions. My experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life stress and transitions, PTSD/trauma, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, addictions, and co-occurring disorders.
With several years of experience in various therapeutic settings, I have provided individual and group therapy across different levels of care, including partial care, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs. My diverse experience has allowed me to support clients with a wide range of mental health needs and life challenges. I take an integrative approach to therapy, empowering clients to work towards better overall wellness. My goal is to help clients discover positive coping skills and make healthy life choices that align with their unique lifestyle and abilities. By tailoring the therapeutic process to each client’s needs, I strive to foster personal growth, resilience, and long-term well-being.
