Leslie Brinson

Bio

With over 13 years of experience in providing in-home counseling to children and families, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of trauma, anxiety, depression, and the complexities of family dynamics. My experience includes working with clients who have faced significant traumatic events, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, co-parenting challenges, family conflicts, postpartum concerns, and stress management. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, emphasizing collaboration and meeting clients where they are in their journey. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their emotions and life challenges openly. Together, we work toward identifying goals and developing strategies that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth. Whether it's navigating family conflict or addressing mental health concerns, I am committed to helping clients achieve a greater sense of well-being.
