My approach to therapy is providing a space where someone can feel seen, heard, and understood. My focus in therapy is on the individual and what they want to accomplish for themselves. I have 12 years of clinical working experience, I have specializations in working with individuals affected by trauma (I am EMDR trained and Certified). I currently work with Adults and teens facing a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, issues with Life Transitions, Men's mental health, and substance use/addictions.
I offer sessions in person or telehealth. Currently I have openings in the mornings and early afternoons during the week.
