Mandisa “Mona” Taqqee is a counselor in training who identifies as a Yoga Therapist. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Savannah State University and later received her Master of Science in Positive Psychology at Life University. She currently attends Mercer University and is enrolled in the Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling program. Mona believes in treating clients holistically through traditional psychotherapy techniques alongside somatic modalities that bring mind-body connection, promoting emotional and physical wellbeing. Her main specialties are Acquired Disabilities, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD/Trauma, Suicidal Ideation, Addiction/Substance Abuse, and Stress Management, but she is here to help with so much more. She will be seeing clients ages 14 and up.
