Hi, I’m Mariah Hall, and I’m here to support you on your journey to healing and growth. I’m currently completing my Master of Social Work degree, set to graduate in 2025, and bring over five years of professional experience in education and human services to my work.
I’ve had the privilege of working with adults, youth, and families facing a variety of challenges, including social anxiety, substance use, and trauma. My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, which means I tailor our work together to meet your unique needs while creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood.
I believe in looking at the whole person, recognizing how general wellness impacts mental health. I also love integrating cultural traditions into the therapeutic process because I know how important it is to honor your identity and values. My goal is to build a trusting relationship where you feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow.
If you’re ready to take that first step toward change, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s work together to create the life you deserve.
I’m currently accepting new clients, and I’d love to connect with you!
