I have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and/or families in individual, family, and group settings. I have previously worked as a regional supervisor of an intensive therapy program troubled youth and truancy program. My goal is to improve behavioral problems, mental/emotional difficulties, and overall functionality. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as in Motivational Interviewing. I chose to become a mental health professional, because I felt called to help others improve to become the best person possible. I have been active in the human services field since 2002.
