“When we are no longer able to change a situation
-we are challenged to change ourselves.” [Viktor Frankl]
He really knew what he was talking about. Each life transition inevitably forces us to navigate un-chartered waters, but sometimes the challenge can be overwhelming. As a seasoned therapist, I like to think that I help people feel empowered, find meaning, and reclaim their lives. Like most therapists, I have worked in many areas while gaining vast experience in crisis stabilization, forensics, child abuse, divorce, anxiety, autism, aging, substance abuse, and depression. My approach is straightforward: we establish a problem-solving treatment plan together and go from there. This journey takes work. But it can be so rewarding.
