Nora Davis

It's common to feel overwhelmed, angry, or alone at some point in life. Maybe you're going through a tough time at work, struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one, or feeling isolated in your relationship. It can be difficult to see a light at the end of the tunnel when you're feeling down.

Therapy can be a useful tool for helping you to understand and change the patterns of behavior that are no longer serving you. Patterns are adaptations elegantly crafted by the psyche to cope with past experiences, yet they may now be an issue in your adult relationships.

With curiosity and compassion, we will explore how your past is impacting your present. My goal is to help you be able to make choices with greater agency, build richer relationships, and get clear on your boundaries and your needs.

We all have within us an innate ability to grow and to heal. Sometimes we need a little help with identifying obstacles to living the life we truly desire. You are whole, you have always been whole. I invite you to claim back your whole, worthy self.
