As a queer person, I know how hard it is to find a therapist you feel safe to open up to. I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, identity exploration, and dissociation. I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, especially with lesser-known identities such as asexual, aromantic, nonbinary, genderfluid, and others. No matter who you are or what you're going through, you deserve to have empathy and clear support in a non-judgmental environment with a licensed mental health clinician.
My approach is goal-oriented, trauma-informed, solution-focused, collaborative, and client-centered. I enjoy incorporating CBT, DBT, parts work, mindfulness, activities, and art for the benefit of my clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing with my cat, writing creatively, and spending time with my family. I consider it my privilege to work together with clients to achieve their goals. Schedule a first session to see if we're a good fit!
