Hi there! My name is Rebekah Torres and I’m an LMFT Associate, under supervision of Amy Birchill Lavergne, M.Ed., LMFT-S, LPC-S. I work with couples and individuals who are seeking to resolve conflict in their life or enhancement of their life. In short, I simply love exploring your story: how your relationship was, how it is, and how you want it to be. I use an Emotional Focused and Narrative approach to understanding your experiences and emotions, instead of avoiding or dismissing your truths.
I work with couples in navigating their relationships and enhance patterns of communication. I also work with young adults and adolescents struggling with increasing self-esteem, ways to approach parents with hard conversations, managing the stress of being bullied, and many others.
I offer telehealth and in person sessions, with evening and weekend availability. I look forward to meeting you!
