I help individuals with trauma work through and process their feelings related to their traumatic events so they can overcome their fears and setbacks that get in the way of them living a full life. During our initial sessions, we will explore the issues, approach feelings and thoughts with curiosity, and create a plan to help you move through your symptoms of distress.
My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized care. I specialize in working with trauma, CPTSD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and many other issues. I provide a neutral and safe ground to individuals seeking change. I am EMDR, and ART trained, and have taken NARM Level 2 training.
Making the choice to work on yourself can be a lonely and frightening process. I would be honored to walk on this path of healing and recovery with you. I consider therapy a sacred relationship. I trust that the client knows themselves best, and through collaboration and rapport we can move at a comfortable pace towards growth and change.
