I history of working with all populations, ranging from women who are in recovery from substance use, to children ages 4-18, and adults. Currently, I worked with individuals aged 12-70 who are navigating life with Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, or OCD. More specifically, I have training in Mindfulness Reduction, EMDR, and Trauma-focused CBT.
