You’ve spent the last however-many-years trying to keep everything together and you are exhausted. Your body is holding onto stress. Maybe you have tried therapy in the past and still feel like you haven’t fully healed. Despite being so hardworking, self-aware and intelligent, you fear you won’t succeed. You struggle with self-doubt and are your own worst critic. You feel your emotions so deeply and tend to overthink situations. You try to relax but your body just won’t let you. It’s time for a change.
Hi, my name is Sarah and I help resilient, motivated individuals learn how to release trauma and stress that is held in their bodies. After 11 years in practice, my clients notice changes in all areas of their lives and feel more at peace. The feeling of emptiness they once carried is replaced with presence and joy. In therapy, I take time to celebrate successes with my clients and use humor as a way to build safety, trust, and connection.
