Stephanie Miodus, PhD, NCSP

Bio

I am Dr. Stephanie Miodus, a licensed psychologist dedicated to providing comprehensive assessments for autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental needs. My individualized approach empowers children, adolescents, and adults to better understand their strengths, overcome obstacles, and access meaningful support. I use evidence-based tools like the ADOS-2 to deliver accurate diagnoses and detailed insights into cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning.

My services also include evaluations for giftedness, private school admissions, selective mutism, and pre-adoption purposes. Whether you are seeking evaluations for academic accommodations, personal development, identifying strengths and challenges, or connecting with resources, I am here to help. Every assessment includes a detailed written report and a personalized feedback session to create a clear, actionable plan for next steps.

Additional services include:

  • Social skills groups
  • Executive function coaching
  • Autism consultations for schools and legal contexts
  • Therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults
  • Coaching for parents, caregivers, and nannies

I take a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach, tailoring evidence-based techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. With significant experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals, as well as those who have been adopted or experienced trauma, including chronic illness, I provide services grounded in trauma-informed care.
